I enjoy using random Bible verse apps to just see what comes my way – or what God may have to say to me today.

Today, the Lord strengthened my spirit with these words:

And the LORD shall guide thee continually, and satisfy thy soul in drought, and make fat thy bones: and thou shalt be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters fail not. – Isaiah 58:11

In a season where many of my familiar comforts are being stripped away or diminished – food, finances, and to some degree, friendship and fellowship – these words were like food for my soul. I actually felt physically better after reading them.

Hope they uplifted you as much as they did me.
